I went to check my elbow, but unfortunately I didn’t get treatment for it. The out patient receptionist was very helpful, when patients transport dropped me off earlier they advised me that they will find out if the doctor can see me earlier in case he got a slot.

My mother have a consultation appointment with doctor in outpatient department, generally reception and doctor are friendly and helpful. Just a little unsatisfying as the doctor come 10 min late as the appointment time. Personal Love the environment and interior design. Would recommend to other and frd ,keep it up

I was on the DUDLEY ward for my surgery and I cannot express how amazing all of the nurses and staff were during my stay at this hospital. I was really scared about the whole thing and they were all absolutely brilliant , nothing was too much trouble to these amazing people, 5 stars really isn’t enough. They made it so much easier for me, so much so that my hospital anxiety has genuinely lowered since the experience and if I ever need another surgery I won’t be as worried in future. Thank you so much to Mr Afifi and the Dudley ward team, you are all super stars 🌟🩷 Special shout out to Lynn, who came down to the car with a hot tea to wave me and my chihuahuas off home, don’t ever lose her!

Everything was fantastic, in particular the nursing staff- Camilla, Marty and Mandy were fantastic. Everyone was friendly and kind and tried to make my stay as pleasant as possible. The food selection was great (even for fussy vegans like me!) I had a few issues after my surgery but the nursing team were brilliant and really went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and knew what to expect.

Really friendly staff, made me feel much less worried about my operation and very at home. All the appointments and scans were very efficient and easy. Would highly recommend this hospital.

Was very happy with the overall service. The staff were lovely and my consultant was brilliant. Difficult to remember everything as it's a difficult time. My treatment was done from diagnosis to operation very quickly which is the main thing. The room was very nice and spotless.
